ILSC is very happy to announce that ILSC-Montréal (along with other private language schools in Quebec) has been granted a transition period for issuing CAQs (Quebec Acceptance Certificates) and Study Permits for students who wish to study longer than 24 weeks.
You will notice that ILSC-Montréal and other Quebec private language schools are not currently listed on the Canadian Government’s Designated Learning Institutions List website; however, students who receive the CAQ can apply for a Study Permit using the following DLI number for unlisted institutions, as explained on the website:

We will be sharing further information about the transition period in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can continue to send students to ILSC-Montréal with the assurance that they will be granted CAQs and Study Permits according to the criteria that existed prior to June 1st, 2014.
