Revising Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) information such as the course, start date, course length, OSHC & DIBP Office will be subject to a $50 administration fee. No charge will be made for the first change only if it caused by the immigration (i.e. delayed processing of student visa) and if initiated by QAT. Administration fee will be paid upfront before revised CoE is finalised.
