To improve our service, from 14th Feb 2022 a new time schedule will be introduced for our lessons. This will allow the school to offer more schedule options to our students and allow for more flexibility.
NEW TIMETABLE General course (ACE Group 20)
From 08:00 - 09:30 (15 Min Break) 09:45 to 11:15
From 11:45 - 13:15 (15 Min Break) 13:30 to 15:00
From 15:30 - 17:00 (15 Min Break) 17:15 to 18:45
Our conversation lessons will be held from 11:45 - 13:15 or from 13:30 - 15:00 Therefore, our Intensive course (ACE Group 30) will be held orfrom 08:00 - 13:15 or from 13:30 to 18:45
The student in-house will receive an email from the Academic Department confirming their new lesson times on Friday 11th February. As usual, please remember that lesson time allocation is at the discretion of our academic department based on internal operations.

NEW MONEY AMOUNT REQUIREMENT TO EXTEND VISA IN MALTA Identity Malta has made an update of the money required for a visa extension in Malta, with immediate effect, students who are booking prepaid accommodation (such as school apartments, host families, or hostels & hotels) will need to show as before a bank balance of at least EUR19 per day they are in Malta.
Students who are booking post-paid accommodation (such as rented apartments) will need a minimum of EUR35 per day.

STUDENT TRAVELING TO MALTA COVID PCR TEST As of 1st of June 2021, all people traveling to Malta are required to present a negative PCR test which must have been taken not more than 72 hours before arrival in Malta. Anyone not able to present such a test will be required to take a PCR test at the airport in Malta against a charge of EUR120. They will also need to quarantine for at least 14 days in an accommodation chosen by the health authorities against a charge if the test is found to be positive.
Note that several airlines are also denying boarding to people who have not produced a PCR test at check-in.

All conversation classes will be held as normal between 13:00 - 14:30.
Please always remember that it is the school’s choice as to what timetable the student will be placed under, depending on operations and availability.

Tomorrow, 10th March, the entire ACE staff will receive the first dose of the covid vaccine; thus ensuring that we will be able to continue servicing your students safely and with a smile!
Since, the news has been received by the school only yesterday late evening, and knowing the risk of symptoms caused by the vaccine; we have taken the decision to close for the remainder of this week from 10th March ? 12th March.
In order to compensate for missed lessons this week, we are offering all impacted students a choice of the following:
Going on Holiday for the entire week (including days already attended), and adding it to the end of the student’s course. (In this case, the student will get a full extra week of face to face lessons at the end of their booking, instead of only 3 days of face to face lessons)
4 days of online lessons from 15th March until 18th March from 16:00 to 19:00 to replace ACE 20, and 3 days of online lessons from 10th March until 12th March from 13:00 to 14:30 to replace conversation classes. (In this case, the student will get 4 extra days next week as online lessons, instead of only 3 days of face to face lesson)
For students who are not able to attend lessons next week due to flights, we are able to offer online ACE 20 classes from tomorrow.
Note: Students choosing to take this week as a holiday will be granted an additional week of holiday over and above their normal allocation.
This email is just for your knowledge. We have already informed all students about these options in person, every student has already taken a decision. For logistics reasons, the decision taken cannot be changed.
Please note lessons the school will restart with normal operation on Monday 15th March 2021.

For those students who are currently in the school studying with us from the Korean Market, we will give them a 5% discount over Black Friday Offerbased on their current booking and a 20% discounton the standard accommodation priceif they book a new extension or upgrade from twin room to single room in November, December and/or January.
RULES
Offer valid ONLY for bookings received by the school between 23rd November 2020 until 27th November 2020, with a starting date anytime in 2020/2021. Once the school has received the booking the non-refundable deposit of ?100,00 (only course booking) or 200?
